The sole purpose of the ACC is to maintain the architectural integrity of the Falcon Creek community. We all have agreed to live within a community and the ACC can provide a standard that will help protect the investment of our homes and will allow us to protect the future of our community. Most of have seen at one time or another a house which has had some remodeling or structural addition which has used mismatched materials, low quality workmanship or paint scheme which imposes upon its neighbors and detracts from surrounding community.

When submitting ACC request be specific as you can. Include dimensions if building, color/item numbers when paint/stain/roof/entry door color is in needing approval. Please include a list of materials you will be using as well as a time from for the project. Drawings/diagrams are most helpful. The more detailed you are the quicker the ACC can review and get back to you with a yes or no response. Less details will delay the approval process as the ACC will need to seek additional information.

There are couple of options available to you to submit your plans. If you don't get confirmation of receipt of plans please follow up with the HOA or ACC.
Print out and fill out the request form and either email or mail to the ACC.

Other Information
In all cases, ultimate responsibility for satisfying all local building codes and requirements rests with the owner and contractor employed by the owner. Check to see if a building permit is required for your project.
Within fourteen days after receipt of plans the committee shall approve or deny the proposed request. If no approval or denial of plans is given within fourteen days then the plans shall be deemed approved. Please note that if more information is requested then the fourteen days starts again when the submission is received.
